Larry Sanders founded Sanders Agency, Inc. in 1984. The focus was and continues to be providing clients with these benefits: guidance in choosing programs that fit their individual needs, quality companies to utilize, great service after the sale, and annual reviews to ensure their plan continues to serve them well.
Larry has served in professional organizations, including serving as the “charter president” of the Greater Northern Indiana Association of Health Underwriters (GNIAHU) and as president of the North Central Indiana chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He also served on the advisory boards of several insurance companies as well as various charitable organizations.
Larry serves as an Elder at his church and is a board member of the school located within the church. He is married to Connie and they have five children, ten grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Working for so many years in this business, Larry still loves what he does and looks forward to working with his clients, many of whom have become wonderful friends.
Sherrie Kramer is a certified medicare professional and joined Sanders Agency, Inc. in 2016. She has over thirty years’ experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. Her core values include honesty and integrity, and her number one priority is making sure each client’s individual needs are met.
She is a member of two professional organizations, NAHU and NAIFA. She is currently serving as treasurer of the Greater Northern Indiana Association of Health Underwriters, (GNIAHU). She has also served on the board of the local North Central Indiana chapter of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
She is an active member of the Osceola United Methodist Church and served as Worship Chairperson from 2015-2018 and continues to serve on that committee. She has lived in Mishawaka since birth and is a graduate of Mishawaka High School. She and her husband, Dave, reside in Mishawaka and have four children and five grandchildren.
Erica Noens joined The Sanders Agency, Inc. in 2014. She is a native of Mishawaka and graduated from Mishawaka High School in 1996. From May 2000 to March 2007 she worked at the Lincolnway Veterinary Clinic where she learned exceptional people and office skills.
Erica had her son Caleb in April 2007 and was blessed to be able to be a stay at home mom. She started working for The Sanders Agency, Inc. July 2014 and in 2018 became a licensed agent to sell Life and Health Insurance. She enjoys working with people and meeting new faces and it has been a great experience growing and being a part of the Sanders Agency.
Lindsay Garrett joined the Sanders Agency, Inc. in early 2018. She previously owned a design and construction company with her husband for over nine years. She also owned an online stationery company for six years. Lindsay has a keen business sense and enjoys getting to know people and seeing the good in everyone. She became a licensed agent in the fall of 2018 and is looking forward to this new chapter in her professional career.
Lindsay has three children whom she adores and is married to her high school sweetheart, Tony. She attends Deer Run Church of Christ and enjoys being an active member there and sharing the love of the Lord. Lindsay has always lived in the area and is a graduate of LaVille High School.
Debbe joined the Sanders Agency located in Mishawaka, Indiana June of 2002. She graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
In addition to her healthcare experience, Debbe has been an Insurance Specialist for the last 15 years. She has made long-term care insurance her focus of practice. Her own personal experience with family members requiring long-term health care has given her an appreciation of the need. She offers a variety of Medicare insurance plans and the marketplace individual health insurance under age 65 market.
Debbe is also a certified agent through the Indiana Long-Term Care Insurance Program (Partnership Program) and has sponsored several seminars to bring public awareness of the topic to Indiana residents. She is licensed to sell insurance products in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Florida.
